Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Membership is flexible and can be canceled at any time. Contact the shop by the 1st to make changes for the upcoming month.
When is my wine ready?
Monthly selections are ready for pickup around the 5th at The Backroom Wine Shop. Reach out if you need extended pickup options.
Can I give a membership as a gift?
Absolutely. Tell the team how many months you'd like to give and they'll send your recipient a welcome email.
How does payment work?
The shop securely sets up your card after signup and charges your selected monthly amount around the 20th.
